Manchester United visit Como in the Champions League on Wednesday, with an early kick-off and a defensive selection problem for Michael Carrick.
The match starts at 5.45pm BST on 21 October, with UK coverage on TNT Sports 2 and streaming through TNT Sports on HBO Max.
Leny Yoro is suspended following his dismissal against Atlético Madrid, while Lisandro Martínez needs assessing after coming off at half-time against Leeds with a thigh problem. Those absences could leave Carrick rebuilding his defence for a difficult European away game.
Cesc Fàbregas’s side arrive with encouragement from a 3-1 win at Fiorentina. United’s 1-1 draw at Leeds left them with one victory from seven Premier League matches.

Manchester United team news: Yoro banned, Martínez a doubt
Yoro’s suspension removes one option before Carrick makes a decision on Martínez. The Argentinian felt discomfort in his thigh at Elland Road, but there is no confirmed recovery timetable.
Ayden Heaven could come into contention if he recovers from the illness that kept him out against Leeds. Matthijs de Ligt was among Sunday’s substitutes, although his lack of recent starts makes a return straight into a European away game a significant selection call.
Noussair Mazraoui’s return offers some relief. He replaced Martínez against Leeds and later cleared Anton Stach’s effort off the line to preserve United’s point.
Luke Shaw and Kobbie Mainoo missed that game after late fitness checks. Patrick Dorgu, Manuel Ugarte and Benjamin Šeško remain listed as unavailable in the latest team-news reports. Their status will need checking against Carrick’s pre-match update.
Como team news: Chalobah concern after Fiorentina win
Trevoh Chalobah is a doubt after being replaced by Jacobo Ramón just 14 minutes into Sunday’s victory. Assane Diao and Moise Kean are also reported to be sidelined.
There were more encouraging developments further forward. Mattia Liberali scored on his Serie A debut for Como, Nico Paz added another and Tasos Douvikas completed the scoring with his fifth goal of the season, according to Como’s official match report.
Their earlier 4-1 Champions League victory over RB Leipzig is another reason United should take the attacking threat seriously.
Como vs Man Utd predicted line-ups
These are Dave.Sport’s predicted teams, not confirmed line-ups. United’s selection assumes Heaven recovers from illness.
Como predicted XI, 4-2-3-1: Butez; Couto, Ramón, Kempf, Valle; Perrone, Da Cunha; Jesús Rodríguez, Paz, Baturina; Douvikas.
Manchester United predicted XI, 4-2-3-1: Lammens; Mazraoui, Maguire, Heaven, Dalot; Baleba, Tielemans; Amad, Fernandes, Rashford; Mbeumo.
We would retain Tielemans after his contribution at Leeds and keep Mbeumo through the middle. Heaven offers a possible route back to a four-man defence, but his availability remains a condition of that forecast.
Dave.Sport prediction
Como 2-1 Manchester United.
The concern for United is the space around their centre-backs. If Paz can receive between midfield and defence, Carrick’s reshuffled back line could face difficult decisions about when to step forward.
United have an outlet in Mbeumo’s movement, and Tielemans can supply him. But an away win would require more control after taking the lead than they managed at Leeds. Como’s attacking options and United’s defensive uncertainty give the hosts the edge in our forecast.
