London City Lionesses vs Everton: predicted lineups

Mapi León’s fitness is the main selection question for London City Lionesses before Everton’s visit, while the visitors must plan without Zara Kramžar.

The WSL fixture takes place at CopperJax Community Stadium, Bromley on Sunday 18 October 2026, kicking off at 2pm BST.

London City team news: León awaiting assessment

León is a doubt after withdrawing from Spain duty, according to the latest match preview. Our prediction chooses Elena Linari in central defence rather than assuming León will be cleared.

Alexia Putellas is selected behind the striker, with Kadidiatou Diani and Daniëlle van de Donk providing the other attacking support.

Everton team news: Kramžar out with ACL injury

Kramžar is unavailable after suffering an anterior cruciate ligament injury. McNamara is our provisional choice in attack, a selection supported by her presence among Everton’s recent matchday options.

The recent team and squad listings also confirm Linari and McNamara as alternatives. No further new Everton injury was reported in the match preview, but final availability will be settled when the teams are named.

London City Lionesses vs Everton predicted lineups

London City Lionesses predicted XI (4-2-3-1): Lete; Fernández, Kardinaal, Linari, Corrales; Geyoro, Arqués; Diani, Putellas, Van de Donk; Goodwin.

Everton predicted XI (4-2-3-1): Brosnan; Blundell, Layzell, Silcock, Pacheco; Hayashi, Mace; Momiki, Van Gool, Vignola; McNamara.

The selection decisions to watch

León’s availability could change our defensive selection immediately. Further forward, Isobel Goodwin gets the nod, with Godfrey an alternative. Everton’s predicted midfield would need to keep Putellas from receiving freely between the lines.

These are our predicted teams, not confirmed starting lineups. Fitness assessments, international workloads and tactical decisions can change the selections before kick-off.

The match is live in the UK on Sky Sports+, with YouTube coverage also listed. See our football on TV guide and women’s football section for more coverage.
