Eberechi Eze makes his first Premier League start of the season for Arsenal at Nottingham Forest, who are without the injured Morgan Gibbs-White.
Bruno Guimarães also comes into Arsenal’s starting XI after beginning their previous league match against Leeds on the bench. Martín Zubimendi is among the substitutes following an ankle injury.
Nottingham Forest vs Arsenal kicks off at 4.30pm BST on Sunday 18 October at the City Ground, with live coverage on Sky Sports.
Forest team news: Gibbs-White absent as Glasner makes two changes
Nicolás Domínguez replaces Gibbs-White in one of two changes for the hosts. Jair Cunha also returns to the starting side, with Ola Aina dropping to the bench.
Gibbs-White’s availability had been a concern throughout the build-up. Our pre-match team news and predicted line-upsincluded him subject to a late fitness assessment, but he has not made the squad.
James McAtee, Dan Ndoye and Liam Delap all start, while Callum Hudson-Odoi, Chris Wood and Arnaud Kalimuendo give Forest attacking options among the substitutes.
Nottingham Forest XI: Sels, Jair Cunha, Diomande, Murillo, Muñoz, Domínguez, Schlager, Williams, Ndoye, McAtee, Delap.
Substitutes: John Victor, Sangaré, Hudson-Odoi, Wood, Kalimuendo, Yates, Netz, Milenković, Aina.
Arsenal team news: Eze and Guimarães start
Eze’s selection is the main attacking change from Arsenal’s last Premier League outing. He and Guimarães both began the Leeds game among the substitutes but start at the City Ground.
Zubimendi’s return to the squad stops short of a starting place as he continues his recovery from an ankle problem. Guimarães, Declan Rice and Martin Ødegaard are all included from the outset.
Kai Havertz starts, with Viktor Gyökeres on the bench alongside Noni Madueke and Mikel Merino.
Arsenal XI: Raya, White, Gabriel, Konsa, Calafiori, Rice, Guimarães, Ødegaard, Eze, Saka, Havertz.
Substitutes: Meslier, Timber, Lewis-Skelly, Mosquera, Zubimendi, Merino, Madueke, Dowman, Gyökeres.
What changed from our predicted line-ups?
Arsenal have selected all 11 players from our predicted starting side.
Forest differ in two places: Domínguez and Cunha start instead of Gibbs-White and Aina. The teams above are confirmed selections; formations have not been inferred from the order of the names.
