Dave.Sport Predictor competition terms

Promoter: SumLou Limited (company number 16964433), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, trading as dave.sport (“we”, “us”). These terms cover two free competitions: the Predictor Launch Competition and the Waitlist Prize Draw. By entering you accept these terms.

Who can enter

  • Entry is free. No purchase or payment is needed, now or later. This is a free prize competition, not gambling.
  • You must be 18 or over to enter.
  • To win a prize you must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom.
  • Employees of SumLou Limited and their immediate families cannot win.
  • One account per person. Duplicate, fake or automated accounts are removed, and any entries or referrals from them do not count.

Predictor Launch Competition

  • Predict the score of each Premier League match played from Saturday 17 to Monday 19 October 2026, on dave.sport, while signed in to a free dave.sport account.
  • Picks open on Friday 16 October 2026. You can change them until the first match of the gameweek kicks off. When the first match kicks off, the competition closes and no picks can be added or changed.
  • Scoring: 3 points for the exact score, 1 point for the right result (win, draw or loss). You may choose one “banker” match, which scores double.
  • Scores are worked out from the official full-time results. If a match is postponed or abandoned, it scores no points for anyone.
  • The entrant with the most points wins. If players are level for a prize, that prize rolls over: only the tied players stay in the race for it, and whichever of them scores the most points in the next Premier League gameweek wins it (repeated until there is one winner), as set out in the Predictor League rules.
  • Prizes: 1st: two Premier League hospitality tickets for a match chosen by us from tickets we obtain through official sources. 2nd: a signed David Beckham England shirt. 3rd: a signed Declan Rice England shirt. Any further prizes are announced on dave.sport before the competition closes. Travel, accommodation and other costs are not included. There is no cash alternative. Tickets are subject to the club’s own conditions, which may require the winner’s name and ID.

Squads pre-launch bonus

  • A “squad” is a group of dave.sport accounts created on dave.sport. The person who creates it is its captain.
  • If a squad has 25 or more members, each a real, different person with their own account who meets the entry rules, by 5pm UK time on Thursday 15 October 2026, we add one official replica club shirt as a first prize for that squad.
  • The squad captain chooses the club. The shirt goes to the squad member with the most points in the Predictor Launch Competition, with ties settled by the same rollover. It is in addition to the prizes above.
  • Squads built with fake, duplicate or automated accounts do not qualify.

Waitlist Prize Draw

  • You get one entry for creating a free dave.sport account before the draw closes at 12pm UK time on Friday 16 October 2026.
  • You get one extra entry for every person who creates their own account using your invite link before the draw closes. They must be a real, different person who meets the entry rules above.
  • The winner is picked at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the close.
  • Prize: as shown on dave.sport/join before the draw closes. No cash alternative.

Winners

  • We contact winners by the email address on their account within 7 days of the result. If a winner does not reply within 14 days, or cannot meet these terms, we may choose another winner the same way.
  • We may ask for proof of age, address and identity before a prize is given.
  • The winner’s first name and county are available on request, and we may publish them unless the winner objects.

General

  • We use your details to run the competitions as set out in our privacy policy.
  • We may cancel or change a competition if something outside our control makes it impossible to run fairly, and we will say so on dave.sport.
  • Our decision on results and winners is final, except where the law says otherwise.
  • These competitions are not run, sponsored or endorsed by the Premier League or any club.
  • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
