Bournemouth predicted lineup vs Sturm Graz: Kluivert and Adli back in contention

Bournemouth have Justin Kluivert and Amine Adli available again for Thursday’s Europa League meeting with Sturm Graz, but our predicted lineup keeps both returning attackers on the bench.

The club’s latest injury update confirms the pair are back in contention. Their expected minutes will be managed as they return to action.

Bournemouth predicted lineup vs Sturm Graz

Our prediction, 4-2-3-1: Petrović; Smith, Hill, António Silva, Truffert; Adams, Christie; Gannon-Doak, Rayan, Tavernier; Evanilson.

This is our predicted XI, with the confirmed team to follow before kick-off.

Bournemouth team news

Kluivert and Adli’s availability gives Marco Rose additional attacking choices, although an immediate start is not guaranteed for either player.

Eli Junior Kroupi remains sidelined with a foot injury, while Alex Scott is also unavailable. Our Bournemouth injury update covers the latest on all four players.

Ben Gannon-Doak has been added to Bournemouth’s European squad following Kroupi’s injury, making him an option for this match.

Why we have picked this XI

Gannon-Doak is our choice on the right, with Rayan behind Evanilson and Marcus Tavernier completing the attacking three.

We have retained Tyler Adams and Ryan Christie in midfield. Lewis Cook offers an alternative if Rose rotates, while David Brooks is another possible selection further forward.

The returning Kluivert and Adli could become important substitutes if Bournemouth need a different attacking approach. Their availability gives Rose more flexibility without requiring either player to complete a full match.

Bournemouth host Sturm Graz at 8pm UK time on Thursday 15 October. Check our football on TV guide for viewing details and UEFA’s match information for the European fixture.
