Biography

Cameron Menzies, known as Cammy, is a Scottish darts player from Muirkirk in East Ayrshire who has held a PDC Tour Card since 2022. Born in Irvine on 27 June 1989, he was 24th on the PDC Order of Merit when the rankings were last published on 2 November 2026, with £400,500 in ranking prize money over the two-year period the list covers. The PDC credits him with four senior titles, all of them Players Championship events.

Before joining the PDC tour full-time, Menzies reached the semi-finals of the 2017 World Masters under the BDO, and he won four PDC Challenge Tour events between 2018 and 2021. His first senior title came at Players Championship 29 in October 2024, when he beat Stephen Bunting 8-4 in the final. A month later he reached the quarter-finals of the Grand Slam of Darts, beating James Wade 10-9 in the last 16 before losing 16-15 to Mickey Mansell. He won Players Championship 11 in 2025, beating Peter Wright 8-3, and at the 2025 World Grand Prix beat Chris Dobey and Rob Cross before a 3-1 quarter-final defeat to Luke Humphries. In 2026 he added Players Championship 23, beating Cristo Reyes 8-5 in the final, and Players Championship 29, where he beat Kevin Doets 7-5 in the semi-finals and Gian van Veen 8-4 in the final.

Since that September title he has lost 2-1 in sets to Ross Smith in the first round of the World Grand Prix, 6-4 to Cristo Reyes at the Swiss Darts Trophy and 6-2 to Stephen Bunting at the Dutch Darts Championship. At the European Championship he beat Niels Zonneveld 6-3 before a 10-4 defeat to Gerwyn Price in the last 16. The PDC records three nine-dart finishes for him across all of its events. He throws 24-gram Unicorn darts and walks on to "The Glen" by Beluga Lagoon, in a remix by Levi Heron.
