University Placement: Sports Journalism

Get the opportunity to work on a respected, fast-growing sports media and news publishing network. You’ll write, research and publish across football, rugby, darts and boxing, working with our editors on live blogs, match coverage, features and the stories fans actually want to read.

What you’ll do

• Write news, previews, reports and features for Dave.Sport, with an editor checking and coaching your work.
• Help run live blogs on big matchdays and fight nights.
• Learn how a modern newsroom works: SEO, social, data and the tools we build in-house.
• Build a portfolio of published, bylined work.
