Arsenal 1-0 Hull: Ødegaard finds the breakthrough
Hull had threatened early, with Elliot Stroud forcing David Raya into a save.
Arsenal also appealed for a first-half penalty when Kai Havertz was pulled by Nobel Mendy, but an offside decision against the forward meant the hosts were not awarded a spot-kick.
The breakthrough eventually came through Ødegaard. Tzolakis stopped Madueke at his near post, only for the Arsenal captain to reach the loose ball and finish.
Hull could not find an equaliser, leaving Arsenal with another three points and a clean sheet.
Arsenal reach 27 points

Hull remain on 11 points. After keeping the score level for more than 70 minutes, the visitors left north London without a reward for their resistance.
